Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

- United States: 4–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Banity is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
